Your account can hold purchased reports, but client-location monitoring is part of the Starter/Growth/Agency/Scale plans. See plans and pricing.

How refunds work

One-time reports: within 7 days of purchase, describe the defect - once we verify it, the refund is issued through Creem. Subscriptions: your first payment - monthly or annual - is refundable in full within 14 days; after that you can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Subscription cancellation also lives in the payment overview linked from your Creem receipt. Questions? Contact us.
