Refund Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. The short version
One-time purchases — the $19 visibility scan and the $79 full audit — are covered by a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, with verified defects: if something in your report is materially wrong, write to us within 7 days and describe the defect. Once we verify it, we refund the purchase in full.
Subscriptions — monthly or annual: your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of subscribing, write to us and we refund that payment in full. After the first 14 days you can cancel at any time and stop all future billing; the current period is not refunded.
2. How to get a refund
- By email (fastest): write to us from the Contact page with the email you paid with, your transaction number from the Creem receipt and — for one-time purchases — a short description of the defect (for example, which section of the report is wrong and why). We review every request within 24–48 hours.
- From your receipt: every payment email from Creem, our merchant of record, includes a link to your payment overview where you can review the order and manage your subscription.
3. How the money comes back
Refunds are issued by Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method after your request is approved. Depending on your bank, the amount appears within 5–10 business days.
4. Subscriptions and cancellations
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from the payment overview linked in your receipt email (Creem's customer portal), or by writing to us; cancellation stops all future billing immediately.
- The first payment of any subscription — monthly or annual — is refundable in full within 14 days of subscribing: write to us and we refund it, no questions asked.
- After the first 14 days, cancelling stops the next charge; the current period is not refunded or prorated.
- Annual plans: the 14-day full refund applies to the annual payment; later cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the year you paid for ends.
5. Reasonable-use exception
Reports are generated by paid AI sampling, which costs us money per run. We reserve the right to decline refunds for accounts that request them repeatedly after heavy sampling use, or that violate our Terms (for example, submitting business locations they have no right to monitor). We will always explain a decline in writing.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — refunds through us are faster and avoid your bank holding funds. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
7. Questions
Anything unclear? Contact us — we answer refund and billing questions first.
