Every plan is billed in USD. There is no free tier, and all prices include the sampling needed to produce the report — there are no per-report overages. Payment is handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Scans and audits cover four industries today: dental, HVAC, legal, and restaurants. Another industry? Subscription plans
Subscription plans monitor a number of business locations. Each location can be re-scanned on demand, and the dashboard keeps the history so results can be compared over time. Re-scans run on one engine today (Google Gemini), and every report labels the engine and model version behind each number.
Annual billing is charged once for a full year at ten times the monthly price — the same product, two months of it free.

What the numbers mean
AI assistants produce a different answer on every run, so we never report a single number as "the" answer. Every mention figure we publish is a rate over multiple runs with a 95% confidence interval, and we label the model version used. See our Terms for the limits of the method.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew monthly, or yearly if you chose annual billing, until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and the cancellation stops future billing. One-time purchases are covered by a 7-day refund window with verified defects, and the first month of every subscription is refundable — see our refund policy. Questions? Contact us.
