1. Who we are

FoundNow ("FoundNow", "we") is an AI-visibility reporting service operated by LocaFact. Creem acts as our merchant of record for payments. Our legal entity name and mailing address are listed on the Contact page.

2. What the service does

FoundNow samples third-party AI assistants with buyer-style questions about a business location, records the answers, and produces reports describing how often a business appears, which sources the assistants cite, and how competitors appear for the same questions. Which assistants were sampled for a given report, and which model version produced each answer, is listed inside that report. We only read publicly observable answers. We never ask for your clients' account credentials, never post or edit anything on any platform, and never act on a client's behalf.

3. Accounts

Access is tied to the email address you use at checkout. We sign you in with one-time, 45-minute magic links — there are no passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox (or Google account) and for activity under your account.

4. Purchases, subscriptions and credits

• One-time products: the $19 visibility scan and the $79 full audit. A paid scan is credited in full against an audit.
• Subscriptions: the monthly plans ($49 Starter, $99 Growth, $249 Agency and $449 Scale) renew monthly until cancelled, each covering a stated number of business locations.
• Annual billing: the same plans can be billed annually at ten times the monthly price. The annual payment renews yearly until cancelled, and refunds of the annual payment follow the 14-day first-payment rule in our Refund Policy.
• Cancellation stops all future billing; the current period is not prorated.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Only submit business locations you have the right to monitor (your agency's clients, or your own business).
• Accounts are for your own use. You may share the reports you generate with your clients, but you may not resell, sublicense or provide raw access to the platform to anyone else.
• Do not attempt to disrupt sampling, circumvent rate limits, or extract data at volume beyond your plan.

6. Honest reporting; limits of the method

AI assistants return different answers on every run. All mention figures we publish are rates over multiple runs with 95% confidence intervals, and each sample is labeled with the model version that produced it. Nothing in a report should be read as a promise of any particular future answer, ranking, or outcome. Our v1 method does not include Google AI Mode (no public API exists), and engine-side changes outside our control can shift results between runs; when that happens we mark the model version on trend charts.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not control third-party AI providers or platforms and we are not affiliated with them; engine behavior can change at any time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or client losses.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms — for example, submitting locations you have no right to monitor, or abusive usage that degrades sampling for others. Where feasible we will tell you why.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the update.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. FoundNow is operated by Shanghai Yujun Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China), as named on the Contact page. Questions: contact us.
